Sensitive restoration of an internationally famous and iconic residential building and its transformation into private residences. The scope includes the restoration of an existing façade and solid structural pieces, use of authentic historical methods of cladding and preservation, a sensational entrance hall mural handmade by forty Balkan painters and a structural reinforcement for historic staircase tower and an insertion of an open plan structure.

A complex greenfield development of a 5km2 all-new waterfront town complete with five star hotels, exclusive residential settlements, town centers, marina, inner roads and walkways, private beaches and a variety of creative open-air programs . Scope includes: development strategy leadership, master planning organization, global branding evolution, international architects’ selection and management, multi-layered financial feasibility studies preparation and concept to construction documentation.
Organized and led a 5km2 greenfield land development under Capital Partners umbrella; From purchase of land up-to the initiation of the first building construction.

Master Plan Organization and Architectural Project Leadership for land highly significant for its positioning on an archeological site and for its prime urban role including a terminal building of a daily capacity of 1.5 million passengers; A junction connecting Marmaray and Istanbul North-South Metro lines. A very complex site happened to be one of the first ports in known history of the region. Program includes; museum, terminal building, cultural institutes, parks.
